**$TLW token is the main currency of The Last War hosted on the SOLANA network with a maximum supply of 10M.** Players and investors will need it to interact in The Last War's metaverse.

**The Last War (TLW) token is what we'll use both in the marketplace and within the game, serving as the project's main currency.** It will have a multitude of functionalities, which will increase over time.

**To play the game, you'll need to purchase a Hero in the marketplace, so buying the token will be essential to enter the project.**

## Token Functionalities

*Let's go over the main utilities that our token will have:*

1. It can be used to **purchase resources and NFTs in the marketplace.**
2. It will be used to **buy builders in the village.**
3. It will serve to **speed up the improvements of buildings, troops, Heroes, etc.**
4. It **can be stored to generate passive income.**
5. It's necessary to **increase the town hall level.**
